Returns:
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we currently do not accept returns on used or opened hair products.

We accept returns if:
• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• The return is requested within 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return:
Email us at support@melanvee.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Please Note:
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item
